Sports Science/Diet & Nutrition schedule for 18/2/15

There will be a player and parent evening covering nutrition and sports science, on Wednesday 18th February at McDiarmid Park for all age groups.  The boys should attend in full training kit aand the planned schedule is;

Under 11,12 & 13 Teams will be on 3G pitch from 6pm to 7pm for Sports Science then move indoors for a Diet and Nutrition session 7pm to 8pm.

Under 14,15 & 17 Teasm will begin with Diet and Nutrition indoors form 6pm to 7pm then move outside for Sports Science session 7pm to 8pm.
